Yes the Hollyoaks hunk has split from co-star Carley Stenson, 27 after two years together.
A Hollyoaks spokesperson told DigitalSpy.co.uk: 'Carley Stenson and Ricky Whittle have announced their decision to separate.
'The pair remain good friends but do not wish to comment any further.'
The announcement comes after just one month of model Charlie Allen alleged that she had a fling with the actor last year.
Allen, 21, claimed in The People she had met Ricky at a Blackpool nightspot.
She told: 'He's so good looking and very charming, it's hard not to fall for him. He told me he didn't have a girlfriend and I fell for his lies, hook, line and sinker.
'I truly believed he was single.'
Carley claimed to still trust her man after the allegations saying:
'He’s a good boy. If it happened, that’s life. I’ve been through ups and downs in past relationships and you learn that you get over things and move on.
'Life’s unpredictable, so we’re just enjoying the now.'
But it seems it wasn't all as straight-forward as she thought.
Ricky is currently starring in BBC dance show Strictly Come Dancing, where he is favourite to win with his professional partner Natalie Lowe. Their odds with bookmakers Ladbrooks stands at 4/5.
